The front desk person was very sweet and helpful in guiding us - from parking in the property to where to eat and how to navigate the park. Staying here was a surreal experience, like you’re in the jungle/rainforest itself. We initially booked a normal room but asked whether we would have a kitchenette and the staff was very nice to upgrade us to the one bedroom apartment.
