"Good"

"Overall, a bad experience"

"Fix the floor of the guest room had damaged by water / some other issues."

"Great customer service"

"Walls are paper thin, so it’s pretty loud from neighbors and the road. Bed and pillows are at best 3/10.. it was clean, friendly staff. Parking is very tight"

"It is clean. One of the front desk has a bad body odor and bad breath. The place was not quiet due to random altercations from renters or people staying. Not the most peaceful place to stay"

"Everything was pretty good, would go back"

"I liked nothing in this facility. Customer service is terrible. Instead of refunding my deposit, they charged my card at checkout. Follow-up to staff was horrible and stressful. Primo and Claudia were very rude, disrespectful and overbearing when refund was followed-up. Primo promised to email the refund receipt but did not do as he promised. Staff is just so difficult, disrespectful and impatient to deal with. Will not stay in this hotel in the future."

"Ok for budget price. Not what appeared in pics"
