"This hotel is terrible. From the moment we walked, no staff to assist, you have to search for your keys, no AC in the middle of summer & you’re just provided with a very loud bulky fan that might wake you up in the middle of the night. You may or may not have a room that’s cleaned and ready for your stay so essentially you might have to be your own cleaning staff. "We checked in and checked for bedbugs. Didn't see any at the time. Went out for supper and the people in the room next door came out showing us bedbugs that they found in their room. We weren't able to get in contact with the owners. After seeing this, we left and booked another hotel room for a lot more, at 11:00 pm, and took us 40 minutes to walk. I don't recommend this to anyone."

"Very nice staff - family owned business for nearly 75 years. Rooms were simple, but very clean. Hotel is perfectly located only a 5 minute walk from the train station entrance. Despite busy popular location, hotel is in quite street off the main road from the station. Would definitely stay again. Oh, and the included continental breakfast is a great bonus. Thank you to Alberto and Marco!"
