"Always a pleasant stay "

"The hotel was not as nice as I expected based on the reviews. Our bathroom did not have any fan or venting, so after the 4 of us took showers the walls and everything in it were dripping with water and made the room miserable. Then the hot tub water was very dirty looking, like a mucky color and you could see a brown film on the walls of it. the pool was not the cleanest either, but my kids still went in it."

"The staff was friendly and efficient, our room while huge and clean is showing signs of wear and could use a touch up. The pool was area was well maintained with plenty of towels. Can't wait to cpme back"

"We stayed at this hotel as a group staying for a hockey tournament. Staff were wonderful and they let kids be kids. Parents were able to visit in the lobby without making us feel like we were an inconvenience. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection. Great price for the value. "

"Really enjoyed our 3-night stay here! Such a relaxed atmosphere, and conveniently located. Nice, clean room, simple but good breakfast, and a nice pool for the kids. Mattress was great, too. We're planning on staying here again at our next visit to Waupun."
