The ambience in the rooms were world class as an artist. I really appreciated the green card, saving energy.. I could’ve been in Honolulu. Staff were extremely friendly. Evelyn was helpful with laundry needs at the last minute, attending a wedding of mine. Aloha from Hawaii.

Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Even the TV remote was missing the battery cover. Sent a message to the front desk and never got an answer. When I checked out was just told to put the key card in basket. They couldn't care less if they tried.

This hotel needs updating. We had a king size bed and it didn’t even have king size pillows. The people, in the adjoining room had their TV on all night and the walls were so thin that we couldn’t sleep. The carpeting looked dirty. No fan in the bathroom.

Hotel castan, some updated not worth the expense. I paid. Next time I come up, I would shop around. Breakfast I was just classified as average, wasn't outstanding. Things need to have a little more taste. Hello, upset?But expedia, I booked through, wanted to leave a little bit earlier than we booked 3 days but had an emergency. So he wanted to leave a day early. Could not get no money back, so that was very upsetting.

The check-in was easy and polite. We checked in later in the evening after a busy day. Our only problem was that we were not told we had breakfast vouchers in the folder with the room keys. Since it was late we used one key and found the vouchers after we had eaten. Live and learn😏

The staff asked if it was ok to place me in a second floor room with no elevator. When I said no, I have a disability, they said they couldn’t change me to a first floor room. When I got to the room the floor was dirty. There were food crumbs on the couch and pieces under it. It was loud. The rooms around us were rented to a youth team and their staff did not monitor this wing of the hotel or enforce quiet hours. Young children were running between rooms yelling, screaming and slamming doors. The rooms are not sound proof. Also, the hot tub advertised is no longer in use. It was all around unpleasant.

The cleanliness in the room was okay. The carpet could have used a thorough cleaning as it appeared to have coffee stains throughout. The edge between the wall and floor could use some cleaning, but otherwise the room was adequately clean. The towels and washcloths are numerous which is a delight. Staff was helpful, whenever we asked for something they were able to answer. Breakfast was okay - the scrambled eggs were okay, but there was plenty to eat. Breakfast staff were very helpful, especially when we just wanted plain (not the sugared, flavored) oatmeal packets. They actually found some plain instant oats and provided that. That was great too!

We stayed 2 nights. Staff at the desk were prepared, professional and welcoming. The room 217 was very clean and well maintained. The bed, mattress, pillows were comfortable. I slept great. We had a complementary buffet breakfast and I liked it. Scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuit, yogurt and coffee for me. The restaurant did not have much staff for lunch and dinner. We ate in the bar our first night and had a few drinks. No driving. The next day lunch was a long wait, so we went to Culver's. The bar staff were very nice and they had good deals. I had an Old Fashioned for $4. It was delish!! Families with kids loved this place for the pool. This is a very good place to have a conference. Meals at the restaurant are iffy due to staffing. It could use a food truck for coverage.

This is our go-to place to stay when we need a room in Fond du Lac. Disappointed that the hot tub has been closed for months. Rooms and bedding are quite comfortable and they have a good breakfast!

I stayed in two different rooms one was 2 Queens and the other was King. Both rooms were clean. The Double Queens had a view of their Game room which was pretty. My favorite part of The Raddison was the restaurant Benvenutos, the food was great and a reasonable price.

The staff responded well to questions and request. The beds were comfortable, however The overall quality and cleaning could be better. I arrived while a large event was in progress. There were people loitering in the parking lot and litter of beer cans and cigarettes which is not what I expected to walk into. The price was reasonable and the location was convenient. Consider the factors stated and book at your discretion.
