"Self check in with code.. no staff but concierge via text… rooms very small but comfortable. Small communal kitchen… good location between knaresborough and Harrogate"

"It was excellent value, comfy and cosy. Loved that there was a bath AND shower (useful if you break your wrist so bath is the only option). Staff were really nice and helpful, and cheered me up after hospital with hot chocolate. No food as out of season (so check first if you want breakfast). I would go back though as great base for walks"

"Room dated very uncomfortable bed, no WiFi in room and very noisy from pub till 1130pm"
