"Perfect location at a great price. Felt safe in the heart of Old Town. Right next door to the Department of State and across the street from Plaza de Armas. Bonus, there is a small slushy store to the right of the entrance that sells small liquor bottles, water, juice etc and the afternoon/night clerk gives great local travel tips and advice."

"A super cozy, clean, tidy, quiet, and safe place. And above all, the staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it."

"We arrived at 11:30 am from a cruise. I requested early check in when I booked the room. It didn't matter, we had to wait until 4 p.m. to get our room. The room was very nice. Went to take a shower at 8:30 p.m. and the water was lukewarm. My cousin took a shower the following morning at 5 a.m. and the water was lukewarm. I requested a taxi for the airport the next morning at 5:30. The taxi was late."

"Room was Okayy, but the property was definitely not the cleanest. Plants was used as trash cans, & the outside had people laying on the ground drugged out right at the entrance.. also had a bad smell. We couldn’t control the air in the room, so it wasn’t the coolest."

"Everything is good"

"👍"

"For a 2-star hotel, it offers the basic amenities - clean bed, functional bathroom, mini-fridge, AC, TV and free Wi-Fi. Close to bus stops and Pueblo food store. Walking distance to the beach, La Placita de Santurce, museums and two churches - San Mateo and San Jorge. I had a pleasant weekend stay."

"I love this stay so much! I stayed from 10-29 - 11/2 and me and my bf loved it, very quiet and private. The staff were amazing the location was close to everything. Natalia at the front desk was an absolute doll and super helpful. We will be returning!!!"

"Muy buena, tal y como se ve en las imágenes"

"I really liked the way the property looked like from the outside. The spinning fan was broken and there was no hand soap nor shampoo or conditioner provided. There was a mini fridge and microwave which was nice. Once you got your keys for check in, it was very independent and you were able to walk in and out as you pleased. When we first arrived, very minimal greetings/communication was said and it felt very awkward. It was located with many bar options outside and close the the University which...

"Room was perfect and spacious. Located in the middle of San Juan so I was able to walk to the beach and Old San Juan. Yes, got my steps in but was able to see things i wouldn’t see while driving. Only complaint is the shower had no hot water. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay."

"Upon arrival, it’s not like pure trash and once we got into our room, we left out went to dinner came back turned on the TV and noticed the line was in the middle of the TV. Was blacking out we got a report the issue and they told us that we were responsible for breaking the TV after we explained it was our first time touching the TV wasn’t charged for it but during the trip the TV wasn’t replaced for us to watch TV on vacation. It wasn’t the room was clean but around the room outside of the...
