"Had to have our door keys rekeyed 4 times. Very aggravating."

"The hotel was nice for a mid-level establishment. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a pain as the entrance is very hard to see as you drive down the road in front of it. Both couples that met there for the night before our trip to Florida passed up the driveway and had to turn around and come back to it. "

"My fiancee and I have been staying with the motel for over a week and now it's something wrong with my reservation. Why a guest can't reserve the room for extension online at discounted rates? Instead if you're extending your room you have to extend at the front desk and they charge you their rate instead of the rate you've reserved online to extend your room."
