CONS: Window was missing a curtain and instead was covered with what appeared to be a painter's tarp (with eraser-size holes in it, too); bed was very firm and we didn't sleep well; closet doors would not close flush; and the internet Wi-Fi was not consistent to access and when the signal dropped our phones switched to 5G. PROS: Staff was very nice; check-in was easy; room was clean; and breakfast was very good.

The first room didn’t have hot water. I called the service desk and they reset the water heater. After waiting a few minutes we still had no hot water. I called back and they changed our room. They have a good breakfast.

The bathroom accommodations were bad. The tub surface was delaminated, the water puddled in bottom. The soap dish was pulled off wall and set on self. The hot water was minimal. The sink drain plug got stuck shut. The toilet was slow to drain and ran continuously. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was adequate.

WOW!!! Definitely not a what I expected from a Holiday Inn. *Heat/A/C unit smelled of smoke if fan was turned on. *No hot water. Barely luke warm. Both in the PM and AM *Door broken-won't close without slamming and waking the whole floor. *Breakfast til 9am but by 8:15 many things were not replenished. Eggs *The USB cable to the desk lamp is missing so it didn't work. It was clean and the staff were friendly but that's not enough to make me to return.

Front desk staff was super friendly. Hotel overall was decent but room was dirty. Hairs all over the bathroom. One of the beds had definitely been used as the pillow was smashed into the headboard and and the other one had an imprint from a body. There was stains of some sort right on the edge of the sheets. It served its purpose as we got a little sleep on our long road trip but could definitely use some help in the housekeeping standards.

This was a pleasure trip with my sister I travel for work daily and stay in Dothan a lot but this holiday Inn is very nice beds are comfortable that’s a must but don’t always get it also loved the bathtub also something nicer hotels don’t have so thank you! Was a great stay!
