"We got the wrong room 3 times after a long late flight going up and down the stairs and the woman was giving me attitude for keep having to change it we finally get in to the room we asked for it was nothing like the photo it was a mess and I got no sleep with the noise so I was complaining to Expedia asking if they could do anything and because they couldn’t get through to them online they said if we move rooms and it’s the same then we can go somwhere else which is stupid cus we moved 3 times...

"I really appreciated the fact that each person gets their own locker to lock up their luggage and all of their personal items, the kitchen was really big too with everything you need in a kitchen, multiple lounge areas, and best of all was the rooftop pool, you'll never see this in any other hostel! We get plenty of space in each pod with each bed, and the bathrooms were really nice as well! They get cleaned every day from what I noticed! Had some really good help from the receptionists as...

"Good communication with the staff pre-stay and on arrival. We were shown around our accommodation and got lots of helpful tips for local places to eat. Accommodation for myself and four boys was great - we had plenty of space and throughly enjoyed our one night stay!"
