"Supportive staff"

"Older campground… bed too soft but ac worked great and staff were friendly. Bathroom was very small but adequate. Breakfast options were limited but actually very tasty! Coffee was freshly ground and very good. The wallabies were awesome and so was Kirsti, the care taker."

"Close to town for walking distance. Room needs a makeover fridge needs replacing as very rusty. Could do with a false roof in bathroom as room above you could here when water etc was going through pipe works."

"Very clean and comfortable"

"Love everything about our stay. Perfect location and we were able to have our furbaby Tuggy with us. Can't wait to come back again soon"

"Arrived after 5pm and advised that guests are not allowed to check in after 5pm so went to a better motel in bowen"

"Paid in full through Expedia, apon arrival staff acknowledged booking but said they had no rooms available and were unsympathetic and unhelpful to my family. I am aware that this may be the fault of Expedia but Reef resort completely washed their hands of the issue. Poor customer service."

"Is a Comfortable enough Hotel handy place to stay on the way through for a quick stop overnight."

"Very comfortable, no frills accommodation."

"Au bout du monde, faune sauvage, très très calme, mais... aucun accès à internet, ni dans les villas ni à la réception."

"Close and convenient access to restaurants night life "

"Great place to stay in Btown, friendly helpful staff 👍"

"Although the rates are cheap theres a reason for that its right next to a busy roadway. You hear everything from spastics doing burnouts at the traffic lights right out the front of the motel to buses amd noisy harleys ripping past if your looking for a restful nights sleep it aint here. Other than that the rooms are on and clean as they say you get what you pay for."

"Lovely quiet unit located near the beach. The owners were super helpful in checking in and providing advice on visiting nearby sites. The room was a good size and does have a private bathroom but it is located outside of the unit. "
