"Busy hotel, can be a bit louder for lighter sleepers but that’s why you travel with earplugs in my opinion. Staff is friendly, makes sure everything is handled well from check-in to cleaning to complimentary breakfast. Location is close to the mall, restaurants, and line link station. Rates are decent too."

"This place is disgusting. It smelled, flooring was held together by duct tape. I couldn't even tell you when the room was cleaned last. I had a bad allergic reaction that almost landed me in the hospital. I did not stay the night, I left and stayed elsewhere. I did get a full refund which I appreciated. Never again and I would not recommend."

"Room was clean, staff was accommodating, bed was comfortable, parking was free and easy, breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about. Eggs were not from fresh eggs but obviously from a container. Sausage was not easy to look at. There’s was not much of a variety."

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...
