"I stayed in a Double Queen room in the Tillyer House on a trip from ME to NJ, five days after back surgery. When I called for a room suggestion, Sean told me about Tillyer House. It was ground level, with handicapped parking close to my room. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the towels were plentiful and plush. The handicap shower with padded bench seat was fantastic. Everything was really clean and convenient. The room was also very quiet, with super AC. I wasn't feeling well,...

"The room was simple and clean. Mattress was good. There was no bedside lamp or bedside plug for my phone. There was no pool even though it's advertised. There was no continental breakfast or coffee service as of 7am. "

"The girl at the front desk was the same one most of the days we were there. We stayed 5 nights. She was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. There was one morning that there was a lot of yelling and drama from an employee outside our room at 6:30 in the morning. I didn’t appreciate that. I let the front desk know I was not pleased. Front desk clerk apologized and said that an employee was having a family issue and it should not have been brought to work and she was working on...
