"Good"

"Room was dirty. Hair everywhere, dead flies. The couch looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a very long time. Don't look under the cushions. Just don't. Bring your own shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers (a must, floor so dirty). Shower/tub looked brand new. Buffet Breakfast was a plus. The staffs were the only good thing except the cleaner I guess."

"Bon hébergement, bon accueil."

"They did not have an elevator but the stairs wasn’t that much Breakfast was decent"

"This was a beautifuly preserved unique hotel in a great part of Quebec City. Many excellent food choices nearby. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. As a bonus it's only a few minutes from the cruise ship port. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Very good and awesome staff"

"Friendly staff and free breakfast in the morning! The bed was pretty comfortable and the air conditioning/heat worked fine. My biggest complaint is the water pressure for the shower which was basically like showering from a broken water hose. The pressure was so weak that it felt like the opposite of relaxing or refreshing. Other than that, this place is fine. A little old and not in the best shape, but cheap and 20-25 minutes from the city center. You get a fair deal here."
