"The only issue I can complain about is checking out. I had to check out at 5:30 am and there was no one to be found to help me. A worker came in while I was waiting for someone to come to the desk and she started yelling hello and finally someone came out of the back room who looked like he was sleeping. He was unable to give me a receipt or check me out electronically because he said computer was down. Check in went perfectly and my room was nice and was clean."

"The rooms were very nice. We were disappointed in the breakfast policy. We were 6 minutes late for breakfast and were not served. Policy is silly as the re6st is open all day so what does it matter? "

"The room was clean and comfortable. But the ice machine was broken and my room did not have a fridge. "

"Drapes did not block the bright lights from the skyscraper across the street. Pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed made noise every time I moved. Garbage truck came to empty trash dumpster below my window at 2 a.m. Needless to say I did not sleep well at all!"

Staff during check in could have been more helpful by directing us toward our room location, but was not nasty. Continental breakfast was nice and well stocked. Was a large selection of food to choose from very close."

"The staff was very friendly, the amenities were fine. We used the workout room, which was a bit small, but adequate. The breakfast had good options. The room was very clean, and comfortable, but the downside was that it had a repulsive odor, like faint, wet dog. There is no carpet in the room, so I'm not sure where the odor was coming from. Possibly the heating unit. We did not address it with staff, but probably should have. The elevator was broken, which wasn't an issue for us, but may...
