The staff are always on it with ensuring they maintain the hotel well."

"the place was disgusting, my room looked very similar to a motel 6, stains covering the carpet, the carpet itself had tears and wasn't properly attached to the floor. the walls were incredibly dirty with splatter marks, it smelled awful in the room. I didn't find anything redeeming about this place."

"I can’t wait to stay at the mayflower again next time in in SF! I felt so safe the whole time as a solo female traveller. The room was huge and impeccably clean and maintained and very quiet! It felt so cozy like i was staying in someone’s house! The front desk staff were always so kind and friendly. They let me store my bags after checkout, change my clothes, and hang in the lobby until my late flight which was so appreciated! I didn’t go to the breakfast but so nice to have it as an option!...

"The property could do with some updating on the outside. The rims themselves weren't that bad. There was rust on the lights which I'm assuming is probably due to the air as is very close to the Bay. I had a very hard time using the card to unlock the door. Other than that it wasn't a bad stay. Very minimal parking but I was able to find parking"

"We stayed in a room on level 3 of the inn. It has a window view of the streets (so it was a bit loud). Everything in the room was clean and well-maintained. Excellent quality for the amount of money. I just wished that the hotel allowed for luggage hold while we wait to check in/room to be available."
