"Excellent value for money nice clean room friendly staff"

"Great parking. Near to the city. Easy check in and very welcoming but our room was tired and the bathroom was not very clean. The bedding and towels were clean but I thought that one pillow per person wasn’t sufficient. Biscuits in the room was a nice touch."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and had more than could be expected."

"Old fashioned property with heaps of charm. Big room and easy check in"

"This was the perfect place to stay for a special event at nearby Wymondham College. I was warmly (well, it was during the heatwave!) and cheerfully greeted by Tracey. My room was clean, well-prepared and provided me with all the facilities I required. It was extremely competitively priced. "Worst so called hotel ever, wouldn’t deem it fit for prisoners. Firstly took over an hour to access as there’s no staff on site despite claims there is staff. "Proper country pub great food and ale and quiet location"

"Clean room, perfect for our overnight stay ."

"Great service very helpful would recommend this to you would be happy to stay again thank you."

"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. Thanks for a great stay Jenna, nice to meet you 👍"

"The accommodation was lovely, clean and spacious. It was the perfect location and the access to the hot tub was a brilliant addition."
