I went back to the front desk and asked for a new room and he explained to me that they had broken them intentionally so none of the rooms had security locks. "There is a $10 parking fee not mentioned in the reservation details. The shower curtains have spots of pink and mold on them. The heater constantly emits a loud, high-pitched sound. Overall it was pretty unpleasant, but not terribly unpleasant. "

"Great room, great location! Our room was quiet. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen area with full refrigerator, the pool, the fitness center, and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. Parking was easy, and the front desk staff were always helpful. Good variety of breakfast items and a very pleasant, bright, uncrowded tables area. We love this place!"

"Location was good - close to historic sites. Had an issue with the check in. My Expedia reservation said check in was at 3:00 pm. The person at reception said that was incorrect and check in was 4:00 pm. But, if I paid $10.00, I could get into a room. Seems like a scam."
