"Booked a king bed room and was given double beds instead, talked to the staff about it 4 separate times to different people and nothing was done about it, very unsatisfying experience. Room didn’t have a microwave and the shower in the bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Probably won’t be going back."

"Overall it was a good stay, staff was helpful although I had to wait for someone to come to the desk once or twice. There was a little ant issue; didn’t really bother me but someone else might care more. Also the breakfast lacked a little but it was free so you can make do! Other than that my stay was very good, lobby smelled amazing, it was convenient to the airport and Greensboro and would definitely stay again. Four star rating, would definitely recommend."

Laundry facility uses a super convenient app. Get it when you arrive so you can see when machines are available. Hotel is joint with another Hilton brand and in an area with several hotels and DoorDash kept incorrectly delivering. Convenient snack and small necessities kiosk with self checkout. Currently renovating some rooms. Contractors are super friendly but request a change of rooms if you don’t...

"It is a terrible stay, no cleaning, no housekeeping, all are bluffing. We stayed 3 days, no cleaning at all, no proper response from the staff."
