"Great location, and very quiet"

"Very convenient location. A 5 minute walk to the bus stop and then 10 minutes to Venice. The train station was a 15 minute walk and there was a great supermarket just around the corner. Everything was very clean and the room also had a balcony. Would definitely stay again."

"Mal trato , sucio , agua fría en la ducha , horrible "

"This is a charming small family-owned hotel off of a very busy main avenue. It felt very safe and was super quiet at night. Alfredo, the front desk person is so warm and friendly. The breakfast was sufficient and there was heat in the room (other hotels I stayed in did not). I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Great to stay in Venice, room was clean and staff was nice. Would make sure to stay here in the colder season because of no AC"

"It’s à beautiful place! And everybody were so nice"

"It is a 10 minute walk from Venice Train Station in the center of city Reception is courteous and practical Single room, medium size clean, clean bathroom. I would recommend this hotel"

"Room was always clean and staff were super friendly with a smile on their faces. Helpful with answers and tell you ahead of time for self service. Although it is slightly bit of a walk to some sightseeing"

"Muy bien ubicado, buena atención, rico desayuno, muy limpio, solo no tiene ascensor, todo lo demás muy bien"

"small shower, couldn't adjust height of shower head"

"Not even a hotel - we were told they couldn’t honour our booking so sent us to hotel San Giorgio, we did not revive check in information so could not check in. A random lady who said she didn’t work there checked us in. Then; there was no towels, no toilet paper, no bin bags and no hot water! There were mouldy cups throughout the whole place, the entire hotel seemed abandoned. There was no staff on site and no staff to call, the owner is in Rome and will not help. We had to leave and pay for a...

"Authentic old Venetian hotel before there were chains. I loved the breakfast room right on the canal with the boats zooming by and the sun streaming in through the lead glass windows."

"The hotel was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood off of a charming piazza! The property was quaint and decorated with historic paintings, furniture and decor. Room was clean, the ac sometimes did not work. Breakfast was basic but delicious."
