"This property was in a great location to walk along the river to the station and to old town. We enjoyed our walks every time. We spent most of our time in old town or taking day trips from the station, so the location was perfect. The price was right for what the hotel provided."
"Great location and amenities the only negative comment would be that there is no assistance after 9:30pm. Our AC wasn’t working that night ( arrival night ) and we had to wait for assistance until the morning. The staff when present are very helpful"
"The location is fantastic. You walk out right to the beach, the walk along the promenade is dreamy.
There isn’t much noise isolation, so may not be best for light sleepers.
My room was a little stuffy, air conditioning helped.
Overall, for the price it’s a great option. All basic needs covered."
"This modest hotel had clean rooms, helpful staff, and was within reasonable walking distance to the old town, beaches, restaurants, and museums.
The breakfasts were adequate but not “buffet” style as advertised.
Buyer beware. We had a sudden change in plans and had to make a hotel reservation less than a week ahead of time. Due to the hotel’s variable pricing practice, our nightly rate for a seven night booking was often more than twice the advertised price through Expedia. We ended up paying...
"Instrucción to the building and room were clear and easy friendly. Room and bathroom assigned were super clean. I will book again at Pension El Puerto!"
"Our small refrigerator was damage and it had an awful smell , like something spoiled was left inside. Never cooled off till the last night after they exchanged it for another. We did tell staff"
