"Hotel staff was really nice, breakfast buffet was good and the room was clean and had all the basics. Unfortunately we were on the 5th floor and both elevators were not working for our check-in for a while, luckily they got one of them working later in the night. This hotel is a perfect spot for any events in Tacoma Dome! 5 minute walk! Oh and they also have free parking with your room. For a BW it was a good option."

"The lady who is managing the hotel now is very arrogant."

"Breakfast was decent."

"Checking in the first night Layne (staff) was very helpful and hospital. Made me feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing Holiday Inn"

"Property was ok, but appears to house many transients. Several balconies were covered in stuff which makes me believe people are living here long term."

"nice stay"

"Staff was amazing and attentive"

"Night shift guy was upset that my booking name was Mike and my license said Michael. Pretty trivial. He said some hotels won't let me stay because of that, I doubt it"

"Had to take care of business for a few days, and this property worked out perfect for me. Was close to where I needed to be, the rates were very reasonable, and had enough amenities to suffice. Bed comfortable, and room with good space. Good value."

"Staff is very helpful. Rooms are nice and well-maintained. Continental breakfast was delicious!"
