"The office and kitchen staff seemed to feel as if you were an imposition rather than a customer/guest. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful ."

"There was a group of young man that were around the entrance into the hotel. It made me very uncomfortable. The night staff wasn't stationed at the desk and I had to call them for help. The shower could have been cleaner there was black hair on the upper area of the shower and it made me wonder what else had been missed."

"In the middle of the night, we kept hearing a creaking noise in our room, almost like someone was drilling. At first, I thought it was just a one-time strange noise, but it kept happening every 30 minutes. We were already very tired that day, and the repeated noise made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night and had to leave early in the morning, so we didn’t have a chance to report or complain about it during our stay."

"Clean, with friendly staff; the breakfast is typical for this type of hotel. It is clean and free of any unpleasant odors. Housekeeping is provided daily, and the mattresses are comfortable. There is a well-equipped gym, complete with a sauna and two showers."
