"I stayed here for 9 days and unfortunately this was my worst experience to date. Not once during my stay was my room cleaned. The room was left with an almost empty roll of toilet paper upon arrival, and when I requested more, it never came—I ended up having to go out and buy my own. I also ran out of towels during my stay, requested replacements, and again, nothing was ever delivered. I’ve stayed here multiple times before and have always had a good experience, which made this stay especially...

"Our room on the second floor was very noisy due to activity at the swimming pool until 11pm, which was directly under our room, and from the occupants of the room above us. The noise was due to the construction of the building, not necessarily the occupants of the room. The wood joist construction material allows noise to penetrate from one floor to the next. So our seven hour sleep turned out to be a five hour sleep. "

"Called two days before my stay- asked if the pool was operational (stayed here about a year ago as well for a few nights and pool was closed so wanted to double check) man on phone said yes, the pool is open. Upon arrival noticed sign on pool door saying it was closed due to maintenence and that it wont be open for some time and hasnt been open for a while either. The pool had already been closed before i arrived and i was mislead when i called."
