"This was a lovely stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was soooo comfy! Lots of tea and coffee in the room and lovely and warm. "

"Actually, the process of booking through Hotels.com the claim of everything must be handled by the hotel is not true. They are not in control of the booking. Hotels.com is in control of the booking so they were not able to amend or cancel the booking and the customer service reps consistently would refer me back to Premier Inn, which had nothing to do with booking the stay"

"Spotless linen and towels. Breakfast lovely. Staff delightful and so so helpful but suddenly jobless. I was advised it was shutting within 3 days so had to walk to sister hotel 5 minutes away for breakfast. Shared toilet and shower with 2 other rooms. Room very cold at night so cleaner gave me an electric radiator from another room. This property needs a lot of fuel

"Checked in and advised last orders for food in the bar was 19:00 so went down at 18:45 ordered a drink and then got totally ignored by the 2 members of staff for about 10 minutes and was then advised that they would not be able to serve any further food so ended having to go to a local pub.
In the room the central light fitting over the bed was that low that the top of the lampshades was below eye level, it was that low that if you sat on the bed you could not see the TV. For some reason they...
