"I have stayed at this hotel for several years until 2 years ago. Now, I find that it has completely gone downhill. There are homeless people living in the hotel. On my most last 3 stays this year, I experienced a mouse crawling up my pant leg, a roch crawling on the shower curtain, wall paper torn on the wall, light bulb missing in the lamp and fabric torn of the chair. "This is a great hotel and I really appreciate the bountiful breakfast and the cleanliness and the kindness of the front desk. I really like my room as well, I booked the king suite and having the extra sitting room was very comfortable, especially since I was traveling with my parents. I would caution anyone expecting to use the pullout sofa as a bed that you’ll do better sleeping one person on the couch rather than 2 people in the pullout - that pullout is a back breaker!!! "Came in for the Cardi B concert. The staff were very nice and helpful from the beginning. The lobby and room was beautiful! The breakfast was hot and good!
