I have stayed at this hotel for several years until 2 years ago. Now, I find that it has completely gone downhill. There are homeless people living in the hotel. On my most last 3 stays this year, I experienced a mouse crawling up my pant leg, a roch crawling on the shower curtain, wall paper torn on the wall, light bulb missing in the lamp and fabric torn of the chair. During my first visit this year none of the ice machines worked. During my most recent visit on 4/5/26, there where people partying in 2 rooms across from me at 3 am in the morning. I had to call the front desk.

My first Room door was ajar i didnt even need my key door was open. Asked for another Room and that door wouldnt close all the way either. Ac unit needs to be updated and the paneling and floor boarding was peeling and falling off, beause it was so late we just stayed. A few years back this Comfort Inn wasnt that bad but now its looking real worn down.

Room had an odor, the water was freezing cold at 9pm and didn’t warm up at all, asked for towels and they said we had to wait until morning, breakfast was cool but they couldn’t keep it with the rush, got back from a night out and the key card didn’t work, and lastly we were out of the room by 10am and room service did not replenish anything.

I didn't even try the pool. The lobby reeked of weed. We reserved a wheelchair accessable room. The first one was so narrow my wife couldnt even drive in. The secon she could at least get her wheelchair in. The door barely locked so we had the ironing board shoved under it for security. The breakfast was food, when it was there. We had one towel the first night and had to ask 4 times for more towels. Not the best time. All the staff were very friendly though.

Terrible condions! Hotel needs a serious remodel. Moldings around bathroom were black and deteriorating, broken faceplates on light switches, outlets hanging out of the wall, broken toilet paper holder, missing room numbers written on the wall with sharpie, smells like an ashtray with filthy smoke stained curtains, and the ceiling looks like it has water damage. Definitely do not recommend this place

I've never stayed at a Comfort Inn that was unacceptable..until now!! The room smelled like smoke. The carpet was stained (looked like a crime scene), faucet and toilet paper holder were broken. The hallway carpet was filthy and smelled musty and smokey. NEVER AGAIN!

Please do NOT stay here. There were mice in the rooms, the hallways and rooms smell really bad. The rooms are filthy from the walls to the ceilings with mold spots on them. Tubs look like someone died in them. When I told a staff member there was a rodent in my room he was very rude as if that was normal. None of the vending machines in the building work, nor does the ice, and the washers and dryers also do not work

Check in was not pleasant. The worker informed me that they did not have a room with 2 beds like on my reservation. The only room had 1 king bed. When asked why, he hesitated then said a roof leak. The smell of marijuana was potent in the lobby along with several people who were drunk. The room was NASTY!! Sheets were not even washed but bed was made. There were food crumbs all in the bed!! If it wasn’t so late I would have left. We went to bed and stayed and left early! We had to sleep on top of bedspread! It was the most disgustingly hotel that I have ever seen! DISGUSTING!
