"Clean, updated room. Helpful, friendly staff, Better breakfast than most "included" breakfasts. Stall shower rather than tub."

"TV is new and good quality, water pressure was good, bed was comfortable enough and sheets were clean. Walls are thin and mini fridge is loud, recommend bringing earplugs. Breakfast has some options, typical free continental breakie."

"The decor was serviceable and a bit unique. The property was clean and well maintained. On the other hand, the pancake machine was broken the entire time of my stay. We extended our stay an extra day. The receptionist was helpful in extending the registration but didn't update our keycards at that time."

"Old and beat up. We had no electricity at all when we walked in. There was no bulb in the lamp that works from the switch by the door. My husband, using his phone flashlight, managed to figure out that the surge protector switch in the bathroom was turned off. After that turned on then other lights in the room worked. The bathroom door doesn't close. The lock on the room door that allows you to keep the door locked even if someone has a key was missing totally. The TV was totally gone. There...

No supplies AT ALL in kitchenette, and when I asked, she said, "You have to request them." Basic supplies, enough for one person, but a srubbing sponge the size of a postage stamp and an equally small packet of detergent. Day staff was a lot better. Breakfast coffee was horrible. Basically, this is an inexpensive hotel, quiet,...

"Good value for last minute booking in Healdsburg. Friendly staff."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel!"

"Pool was out of action pool guy was off. Microwave was not working but the worst was the staff going home at night leaving campers without any recourse in an emergency. Our last night there we were the only campers there ( this was end of August) no staff in sight. All gates into the place was left unlocked and some open. Lots of vagrants around. Felt very unsafe, being we were in tents. Will not be visiting again."
