Super nice staff! Property is kept clean. Easy parking. My one complaint is that the mattress needs to be replaced, it was like you were sleeping directly on the box spring. No padding at all.

No fridge or coffee machine in the room. The area outside shows trash around. The show head is by far to low for people around 6 feed or larger. The furnature is a little simple, with some scatches and old, but working. There was free coffee at the reception in the morning. The place is not noisy and has a nice pool environment, also the staff was very friendly.

Santa Rosa overnight

A comfortable bed, quiet room and and lots of hot water, but overall a pretty tired hotel that could use a lot of upgrading. That being said, it served its purpose for a one night stay.

Great service needs to update!

The service and people are so sweet and amazing. However, the neighbors and some of the hotel equipment didn’t work ( HVAC unit only pushed out cold air.)

Property is conveniently located close to highway, shops and lots of restaurants. The property itself needs to be remodeled, holes on road need to be patched, garbage (old mattresses) need to be removed from outside of property, doors with holes inside units need to removed, linen that has stains of blood, food and cigarette burns need to be thrown out, old fridges need to be replaced, walkways and stairs need to be cleaned. For over $100 a night this place is not worth it and I do not recommend to anyone until the above conditions improve.

This was the most bare bones motel I have ever had. Wooden floor with not even a tiny throw rug by the bed one sheet one blanket. No extra blanket available. No little coffee pot, no hot water pot. No shampoo, no hair dryer, the tv had 6 channels The clerk in the office was courteous. Coffee was offered in the office in the morning. No food. The room was clean though and ok just for one night. School bus drove around the property in the morning

I took numerous pictures of the filthy parking lot and room. The staff was nice when we finally checked in to the right hotel. There is another hotel of the same name and the staff member didn't know which one she was. There were homeless people wandering around and in the dumpster and the grounds were filthy with a mattress outside the dumpster and all around trash. The toilet seat was loose,the tub faucet leaked continually and there were numerous hairs and ants in the bathtub. The beds were made up of only sheets and a very thin blanket. There was debris on the floor and a disgusting amount of something in the sink stopper. I would never recommend this place and will never stay there again.
