"This is my second time staying at this location. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. This location has 2 pools. 1 inside and 1 out and both were clean and well maintained. I did not get a chance to east breakfast but my husband says he enjoyed it! Great location and if you're planning to go to Dolly Parton Stampede (which I highly recommend) it's right across the street."
"Excelente hotel para pasarla increíble con la familia, limpio. Cómodo, personal amable, desayuno incluido piscina afuera y dentro por su hace frío.y lo mejor un precio excelente económico para todos los servicios que ofrece."
"Pool was great for the kids. Came in after a full day at Dollywood. Booked room for 5. Balcony with fireplace. Fireplace didn’t work. Front desk and night manager not very helpful No pullout had to pay additional for a rollaway."
"A little oasis off a busy road

Clean and comfortable rooms
Friendly staff"
"The room was infested with 12+ stink bugs. Management did not do anything about it and when we called Expedia to get a refund they barged in our room at 1:45AM and argued with us and kicked us out despite not having received a refund yet"
"There was no ice machine, staff was cold and unwelcoming at front counter during check in. Room only had bed made one day on a 4 day trip. Towels had holes on them and sheets had stains. AC unit leaked condinsation. Coffee and sugar was old and hard. Bathroom was Cleaned only one day. Hair was in toilet from previous guest. Room Has distinct odor from day one. Was very disappointed with stay we never wanted to be in room."
"Furnature in isles of hall no amenities like telephone, television, that works was asked to pay for WiFi to operate TV key kept not working once at 11 pm took 35 minutes to get help. This building is beyond fixing up due to cracked concrete"
