"The room was so hot whereas the communal areas were cool and air conditioned. We had a lot of ants in our room. Due to the heat we all slept badly.

"The rooms and the beds are very small but very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and impressively navigated several jobs at once in three languages. The location off the highway is convenient for driving but you can’t walk anywhere from the hotel because there are no sidewalks and it is a busy street. "Is a very neat hotel with a lovely staff, great free btrakfast in the center of town close to all the main areas in San Sabastian including Playa de la Concha and the pinchos area.
The only negative is that they have no parking as they will redirect you to a municipal parking for a daily fee."
