"I paid fully at the time of booking through Expedia. The hotel then needed my card for a security deposit. After my stay, they charged me for the room ($142) for one night after I had already paid a month in advance through Expedia. Trying to get a refund from the hotel has been almost impossible. My room was not left a mess, nothing was damaged, and we checked out on time. Absolutely would never stay here again."

"The first room smelled very strong of smoke. The staff changed our room and the second one was good."

"They need to fix the ac, bathroom, tissue box and need to use proper room fragrance. There was no exhaust in the bathroom."
