"The room was nice, though the nature of the bathroom meant that there was some mold hidden in the crevices and in the caulking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, great at answering questions about Kyoto. The breakfast was a really nice variety of dishes, both Japanese dishes and Western eggs and bacon. Laundry is just coin machines, nothing impressive, but gets the job done. Would gladly stay here again when I just need a compact room for myself. I didn't see any of the larger rooms,...

"スタッフさんの気遣い、接客態度は 素晴らしいもので、気持ちよく宿泊できました。 また、忘れ物もスピーディーに 対応してくださり、とてもありがたかったです。 施設の不満としては、、 ・水の提供がなかった。 ・ドライヤーが古く、使い物にならない ・製氷機の側にコップなどがなく 　部屋に戻ることになった。 などです。改善点色々あるかと思います。"
