"My wife and I traveled to the beach with our two toddlers. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the room. I called the front desk but was unable to get through, so I had to go downstairs to request towels in person. When I arrived, the receptionist was engaged in a personal phone call. I waited at the desk while he finished the call before assisting me. Housekeeping is not provided by default, which was not clearly communicated. "The property was overall well maintained but there were minor issues that could be resolved by little cleaning and moping in the rooms. There is no breakfast and we had to talk to someone on a screen to check in and out which is really odd. We did see a few roaches in the rooms so I would avoid leaving food out but it’s Florida and I’m sure they are outside roaches? Overall amenities were good and I would stay there again."

"The indoor pool and amenities are not for everyone..I got sick walking through to front desk ..the ventilation needs serious work..this is a motel not hotel but price reflects that ..I wish I could have enjoyed the stay since it rained the entire time there...was clean .. no beach access..was told we could walk across street and get in water but don't take anything over or they would make us leave.."
