"Great location 👌 perfect for all the pubs/clubs and restaurants. Literally everything is almost on your doorstep. Albert docks 5 mins away . Cavern club and main shopping area only 10 mins away. There's a sainsburys local 5 mins away and a tesco. Couldn't fault my stay and would definitely book again ."

"Parking is a nightmare on game days"

"Great value for money, no frills stay! It is a little noisy as it’s central Liverpool so bring earplugs! Would stay again"

"Very relaxing and peaceful place"

"Room 10 Disgusting drain/damp smell in room and worse in bathroom Plug sockets inop and poorly fitted Tv inoperable Carpets on stairs worn and dirty No security on at night Seedy horrendous hole of a place"

"The first room I was offered was so dirty in the bathroom, I went back to reception for a change. They agreed to change the room. The second room was a bit better, but hair (not mine) on the pillows, ceiling hanging fixture, in bathroom, only hanging by an exposed electrical wire, mold in and around the showers, mattress full of pee stains, blood drops on towel, spider webs hanging from ceiling, torn lampshade. The carpet was dark, so never took my socks off. No possibility to see if clean,...

"Room was good for the price but there was a musky smell in the carpet and the blinds were all broken so light shining through no curtains to keep the light out unfortunately and no bed side lights either but not really much of an issue"

"Room was good"

"Very clean room and well equipped. Entry via keying in a code for street entry door and then room door - no staff on site, but available via telephone/messaging. Only convenience store nearby, so it is a walk to restaurants and bars etc. Close to Anglian cathedral and walking distance to town centre."

"Perfect accommodation 10 min from centre can’t go wrong"

"Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it."
