"Lovely property, you can see the lake from the living room window. Perfect for the little ones to see the ducks in the morning, excellent location. Very clean & tidy. Had everything we needed. Lovely decking area with table & chairs. The park it self has a lovely swimming pool, amazing kids club & parks. Will definitely book to come back again. "

"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined...

"Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. The property are now ignoring hotels.com and therefore no refund will be issued. Utter madness. I have used this website for many stays over many years. I will not be using again"

"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them.
