"Comfortable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, with all the essentials in the room; wardrobe, drawers, mirror, tv’s, bed side table. Door was lockable from the inside - good safety feature. Kitchen was clean - i met the cleaner a couple of times, and she was always more than happy to help with any concerns, and showed me that there was food (frozen food and cereal) that everyone could help themselves to. Close to the town centre and transport routes - approximate 5 min walk from train station. I found a Lidl, a 10 minute walk away. So all within a good location, which felt safe. "

"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was over grown in the front garden, looked messy and the area stunk of rotten rubbish. I cannot judge the inside as we never got in."
