The property has a gated private parking section and is relatively close to the museum district and downtown, which is nice! My biggest complaints would be that there was nobody at the front desk to check me in nor when I checked out for approximately 10-15 minutes and that my shower made a weird noise. My only real concern was that it looked like behind the furniture isn't cleaned often as there was a lot of dust buildup and that the bathtub stopper was completely broken and made it difficult to shower without being in a bath at the same time. "Overall I would say our stay was good. Unfortunately, it was during a storm that knocked out the power for the majority of the city so we were without power all night. This was out of the property's control so I don't hold it against them. The hour or so that we had electricity was great. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were polite and helpful. We needed a shuttle to the airport and they were especially helpful in accommodating this request."
