"The staff was friendly and helpful. H"

"This room is okay if you’re just looking for a short stay. Our bathroom door wouldn’t lock, the door was carved to the toilet shape so that it would open but it was still hard to push it all the way through. The water pressure in the shower is low, you can hear literally everything going on outside and in the other rooms, not very good if you have kids."

"The bathroom door handle came off, microwave didn't work and I reported to the front desk and nothing was done about it. All of that and I wasn't refunded yet from a previous cancellation."

"Everything was great"

"I liked its location off the main road. Our room was clean and quiet through the night. The breakfast buffet was good. There were a variety of choices. We enjoyed making our own waffles. They offered original & pumpkin spice waffle batter. It isn't a 05-star hotel, but it was good for the price. I have nothing bad to say about Clarion Pointe in Wake Forest. I would choose it again if we stop in Wake Forest again. It could benefit from a design refresh. That's all."

"I made a reservation and checked in late at about 11:30pm. The receptionist was rude and was talking to me in a very condescending tone when I would ask a question. I live locally and just wanted to relax for a couple days for my Birthday. I was polite and didn’t appreciate his tone."

"We stayed in room on 1st floor. There were little bugs in bathroom and it needed a deep clean for sure."
