The property was clean and rooms were clean. You could hear the people who stayed there come in and out so the noise level wasn't too peaceful. Other than that great stay abd nearby restaurants.

The area was okay! It was beside a Red Roof Inn that was clearly unsafe. My room was nice, but it had cobwebs on the wall. The staff was excellent and courteous. I would stay again.

The price of the room was affordable. However, the noise level was a bit too loud. It seems like I heard a man beating a woman. Around the property were a lot of prostitutes. I really did have a good experience.

The room was clean. The problem came when I was going to my room after checking in and the hall had a bad odor. Then the elevator was slow and had a loud beep. During the night and early morning there was loud arguing in nearby rooms.

The room was clean. Staff was hard to get ahold of at front desk, would have to knock on window to get someone to come half of the time. Parking was decent. You really get what you pay for. We stayed 2 nights for a concert and it was decent enough to sleep in. The hall had a musky smell but the room had no smell.

Bed was comfortable and seemed clean and the staff were nice. Room smelled very strongly like cleaning products, but the entire floor was sticky and there was hair and dirt all over the bathroom from whoever stayed there previously. Breakfast options were not great. Stale slices of bread, frosted flakes/raisin bran and mini waffles. Okay for a one night stay if you aren't planning on spending a lot of time there.

Enjoyable stay

My son and I stayed this past weekend in Raleigh for Dreamville and our room was really nice, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was really friendly and I would stay here again if I return to Raleigh in the near future.

The room was clean. Front desk staff was very nice. However the walk from the parking lot to the lobby was uncomfortable. There was constant loitering including prostitution. There is a gas station in the parking lot and people constantly outside asking people for money and things. I would not recommend for families or females traveling alone or with children and no male. Had my husband not been with me I would have canceled the reservation and stayed somewhere else.
