"When we checked in, from outside we thought it would not be a good clean place but we were wrong. The room was very clean. Property was down the strip away from all the traffic and noise but walkable to general tourist area strip. The beach is around the corner. They have a lobby with microwave and fridge that can be used. Plan your day because they will not allow earlier check in than 2pm. We were willing to pay an extra fee but check in time was firm although we’re were the only tourist there....

"Excellent location by a beautiful beach with people enjoying the weekend. But it is peaceful and empty during the week, especially heading west for 10 minutes, where you walk along a thin strip of coastline between the ocean and the jungle, seeing rock outcroppings, birds, and surf while hearing all sorts of sounds from nature. "We arrived early and were able to check-in. The room was very clean, A/C, worked great. The pool was clean. For the average person, it's walkable to the main street and restaurants. They were doing some maintenence on the roof of a unit nearby, but noise wasn't bad. Quiet overall. The kitchenette was actually very well stocked, better than most AirBnbs. I recommend. Jaco is touristy, but also has everything a tourist might want."

"The Republic is doing a major remodeling! The rooms was big, clean and very nice! They have a disco on site! The noise didn’t bother me at all! The staff was beyond excellent!! I went fishing and they cooked my catch for me for dinner! I know once they finish the remodel it will be 5 stars all the way! I will definitely be back to them!!"

Está muy bien ubicada a solo 300 mts del centro de Jacó ,hay una tienda de vinos y destilados al lado ,supermercado al frente y restaurantes muy cerca del lugar . Espero regresar pronto y por más días ! "
