"I booked this hotel for 3 nights, but I could only stay for 1 night because the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty and did not feel hygienic or safe. The bedsheets were dirty, the walls were badly stained, and the overall standard of cleanliness was very poor.

"I stayed in the single room. A tidy and comfy room. The windows had been left open so it was cold when I arrived but it did quickly warm up. No blinds in the velux windows which would have been annoying if I’d have stayed until daylight. I didn’t see or use any of the communal areas so can’t comment. Enough driveway space for 3 cars. Literally 2 minutes from my airport parking. Would stop again if flying from Luton."

"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it.
However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...
