We were warmly greeted at reception by Hayley. We checked in and booked breakfast for the morning. Hayley also gave us bottled water for our room. Our room was excellent, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a beautifully cooked full English breakfast, with fruit juice and coffee and the option of yoghurt and fruit. Yes, the hotel needs some TLC in some areas, but the excellent customer service more than made up for it.

Used this as a stop before going to Luton Airport. Asda express just around the corner. Perfect. Only 15 minutes away from the airport and it was alot cheaper.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was very limited to a full English breakfast. I am personally limited to what I am able to consume. There was only one disabled parking place close to the entrance, which during my stay, was occupied by an expensive vehicle with no Blue Card on display. For a client of my limited ability, I found the entrance steps difficult to navigate, would have preferred to have had a hand rail, to assist navigation of the entrance steps.

Room very clean, bed comfortable. Good facilities, very warm. Rather noisy at night as room was at the front with a very busy road outside. We had a very good stay and would consider coming again!

Good news - Free parking for guests. Bad news - No restaurant, no bar, some tea and coffee in room, no phone, hairdryer or safe in room. Shower tray cracked, cracks in wall plaster and a tv with a 2 pin plug to insert into a 3 pin socket we thought was dangerous Extremely basic and a lot run down. Stayed before our flight from Luton basic accommodation at a cheap price.

Clean room but cold and have to get ac on high due to old building. Nice staff. Some stuff like bathroom door not clothing and sink difficult to drain could improve by better building maintaince. Good price and location.
