This would be ranked as in the top 3, however towards the bottom of that top 3. The hotel is a 2 block walk to the bus shuttle or a 4 block walk to the parks. "Staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was in a good area. The only issue I had was the bed, it was not comfortable and my back hurt for a little the next morning but quickly felt better after some stretching. We only stayed one night so it was okay, I would stay again for a night maybe 2. Lots of parking available. It’s a hotel hotel so don’t expect anything modern or fancy. I would say it’s more like a motel. "

"We were so pleased with our stay. We stayed in a family suite. The hot breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Sergio helped keep everything really stocked. The room was a bit dated and the hotel suites are currently being renovated so I would guess it will be updated shortly. We’ll definitely be back. "

They let us park our vehicle anyway and we were able to go to the park. We checked in later that night and it was effortless. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. "Hotel was in a convinient location from Disneyland about a 12 mile drive, 45 minite to Universal. Some minor details in cleanliness, but its enough for staying a few nights. Breakfast is not included, but they had free coffee from 6-10 and a Jack in the Box is like 3 minutes walking distance. Staff was courteous enough to give a check in call prior to arriving to your room. No shampoo or conditioner was provided, we took our own just in case so no issues with that.
