"Fantastic experience from the first point of contact to the end. In the morning of the booking I had a text from the owner explaining the parking, key code to the gate etc which was very helpful. Overall the room was clean and tidy and comfortable which was well needed after a long day travel and course. If I am working away in the area this would be the place I would book again easily. "The night we endured was terrible, it smelt of faeces all night, loads of people coming in and out shouting, it sounded like someone tried getting in our door around midnight, the shower was contaminated, I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t a case of legionella within the water, the bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t feel secure, the sink had no plug, and Unknown marks left on walls, 1/10 would not recommend "

"Overall the house was comfortable and cosy. The only drawback was that we did not find any extra pillows and bedrooms have no lampshades. The location was excellent and only around 25 mins walk to the town centre. Tasco is only 10 mins walk away and Abington Park around 15mins walk. Other shops are also within walking distance. The host was always reachable and even allowed us to keep the suitcases in the house after check out at 11am since the taxi came for us later. Will definitely recommend. "

"Very dirty place, didn’t even dare having a shower, I stayed for the night cuz I am a student and couldn’t afford paying for an other accommodation when I had already paid for this one! The walls are paper thin... if you want good sleep don’t go there even if you’re on a budget "
