"It was suitable for my needs. Room was cleaned everyday which is quite unusual now but this sets Ibis apart from other hotels who are saving money by not doing daily cleaning. Standard of cleaning can be improved though as there were hair left in the sink and on the bed cover. What must be improved as well are the troublesome key cards that frequently do not work as well as the level of customer service of the female counter staff. "The property did provide limited car parking which was useful. Maybe next time though I should read the entry better as this isnt a Bed and Breakfast (B&B as stated clearly in the title). They no longer provide breakfasts which was slightly inconvenient especially as there was no kettle in the room. "

"A really excellent facility and perfect for a short stay! The room and en suite were very clean and equipped with everything I needed: coffee, tea, kettle etc. The only challenge were the two flights of very steep stairs up to the room. If I’d had more than a small hold all it would have been difficult to get up to and back down the stairs. Also with some mobility issues I did find the stairs worrying. Another point of frustration was that on a Monday night *nothing* is open for a meal at night...
