"Overall was good. I think the 24 hour before key code system is so stressful, especially when the email they sent didn't include the passcode. We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. We finally could get our key passcode after we contacted the Accommodation Emergency number. The staff was very nice and she immediately email us the code. Despite this, the room 31 was...
