"This time we stayed in room 27. The room has very uncomfortable mattress, the springs stick out and dig in to you. It doesn't feel safe. I have to sleep on top of the quilt. The shower drain was partially blocked. And the freezer was ice over. I sent the photo to the accommodation management following the instruction but no response. I think the room in overall is okay and it is in the best location for my work. For health and safety I would consider changing the mattress. Many thanks."
