"Lovely clean apartment. Centrally located. Modern and fresh. Tip- let travellers know that there is no internet access in the village, so to access the codes to allow entry meant going into a hotel and asking to use their WiFi. If I had known I would have screen shotted the codes before arrival. Also, far too hot and unable to figure out using the room temperature controller. Fan on all night but still much too hot. "Very easy to find the property, easy self check in instructions. Great recommendations given for near by places for food and drink. Clean room and comfy bed. Only down point to the room is a floor piece trim could be put down between bedroom and bathroom due to the different height of flooring it’s a toe stubber opportunity. "We were most welcomed on our arrival, everything was explained as regards to amenities. The breakfasts certainly set you up for the day, they were well presented and freshly cooked and came to the table hot, which was bonus. For anyone going to Oxford, we would highly recommend a stay at the River Hotel and very reasonably priced. Thanks for comfortable stay."

"The Bell Inn was gorgeous it would have received a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the staffing issues. Housekeeping had failed to turn up that day and they hadn’t realised until nearly checking time so we never got into our room until 5.45. The staff dealt with this delay professionally and we were served with complimentary drinks. This caused us a bit of an issue as we had to leave at 6.15 for a meal elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again if in this area."
