"My room was cleaned once in my 8 days stay. Lady in the front desk was nasty. Dog pooped in the hallway. Not a good place to stay again."

"The hotel was a great find. It's easy to get to everything local, it's clean, and we found it nice and quiet on the weekend (no football game that day). The breakfast was decent, especially the self serve waffle maker, and coffee was plentiful. On top of this, I made a mistake with one of our room types and the staff were happy to help. Finally, the UMass campus was beautiful, set in the best of this year's fall foliage."

"Clean room. Pullout couch fit single, which was just what we needed when our daughter decided to join us. Not too far from Smith College. Good value"

"We stayed in a spacious, clean bedroom. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had many options"

"Key cards kept locking me out of the room every time I left. Needed staff to give 3 new keycards over the 1 night stay. Tostitos dip was left from previous stay. And bathroom needs a remodel"

"Cleanest room and surroundings"

"Staff was friendly and very helpful."

"It was much better than I expected! Would stay there again"

"Excellent customer service"

"Was a great stay, very clean, quiet, and breakfast was good."
