"Dated ,but clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were excellent - very helpful, upgraded our apartment and fixed any minor issues the same day. Very good value for money. It was on a very busy road, so noisy if you had the windows open, and could have done with more crockery/cutlery to save running the dishwasher half empty. Overall , a great deal! "

"Friendly front desk staff; yet the overall condition of the place is deplorable. It had better times. Way cheaper renting without reservation since Expedia charges almost the same cost in fees. You get what you pay. Not the best but comfortable beds at least. "

"The good: friendly staff, close to the Métro, close walking distance to good restaurants and the Quartier des Spectacles. The less good: this is a budget hotel and it shows, with small rooms, a portable AC rather than a climate control system, a very basic and small elevator. It does not look as fancy or nice in person as in the photos. In addition, if you aren’t used to being in a city, you may be surprised to see sketchy businesses around (though there are also nicer ones) or people...

"Maureen was excellent on booking in and made us so comfortable Howerver on leaving new guy was not so welcome as he was negative to our location upstairs and made us walk out in the rain to access our room!"
